Things You Just Don't Do To Your Server

Don't ever shake your empty glass at us. (Yes, we're aware it's empty because we watched you chug the entire thing down while taking your order).

Don't ever touch any part of us to get our attention.

Don't ever interrupt our greeting. Chances are, it's mandatory that we tell you our name & read our specials. Trust me, we wouldn't make this up.

Don't ever tip us poorly because your steak was over or under done, we didn't cook it.

Don't keep us at your table for 15 minutes telling us your entire life story. Yes, we like to converse, but we aren't your personal psychiatrist.

Don't send us back to the kitchen 5 separate times for condiments or boxes for your table:

Don't tell us it's your birthday for a free dessert if it isn't really your birthday:

Don't ask us to "hook you up". We aren't going to risk getting fired to get you a scoop of free ice cream.

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, don't ever think that we don't like your or our jobs! The service industry is a great place and fun area to work in! Love ya ;)
